Johnny Vedmore is auditing abroad in the capital city of Chile, Santiago. During this very fruity police audit, Johnny encounters over 10 different police and some very angry and violent homeless people.

In amongst the skyscrapers of Santiago, there is much poverty to be found and Johnny gets in amongst the poor only to discover that the homeless of Santiago are a lot less welcoming than the Chilean police.
